Stayed at Circus Circus RV Park – basically a parking lot – no grass – but ok. Saw Gipsy Kings at the Wynn – terrific. Philly cheesesteak sandwich there was outstanding. Ubered around. Wynn very classy lots of attractive scantily clad people. Breakfast at Circus Circus – lots of glitz & kids. Ok food.

17 Aug 2018 AZ Fredonia Country Rose RV Park
Not much to look at but quiet, level, Great wifi, $33.
We visited Best Friends Sanctuary in Kanab UT while here.
We thought we’d go to north rim of Grand Canyon on way out but it is 80 mi away plus 60-70 miles back to road so not this time.

14 Aug 2018 CO Dolores Priest Gulch Campground
Last of three night here. First day, before settling in, we went to the Anasazi Heritage Center, now the Visitors Center for the Canyons of the Ancients National Monument in Dolores, 24 mi from the campground. From there we could see the Plateau fire, 16,000 acres at that point 35% contained. Campground smokey but 30 mi from the fire. Rain with hail on the way back to the campground. Campground nice with trees and grass, ok wifi (better than att and Verizon). Great sites by the river – probably booked a year ahead.

10 Aug 2018 CO Ouray
Our first of three sites in Ouray KOA. Last weekend for BBQ on fri and Sat nights. Great breakfasts. While here we had lunch at Ouray Brewery, visited Box Canyon Falls, and went jeeping to Telluride.
