Campground this morning

After getting up at 6 am in Medora ND to drive back to Bismarck to retrieve Jessie’s walnut, we set off for Yellowstone in earnest. We arrived in Red Lodge at 7 pm, checked into to Perrys RV Zpark (cash or check), a d went for a great dinner at the wine bar in Red Lodge. Although we’d planned to get up at the crack of dawn to run into the park to get one of the first-come-first-served camp sites, we mellowed out at dinner and decided to stay two nights (and visit the Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary).

We are staying at Apostle Islands Area Campground. It’s very green and no black flies!
